Corinne Stewart, Broker
Corinne was raised in a small town outside of Toronto, then moved to the city to earn her degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University. Her love of the service industry and her entrepreneurial drive later led her to obtain her real estate brokers license. As her successful real estate career continued to grow, Corinne and her husband John also operated their own restaurant—Swirlers Restaurant—for 17 years. Her perspective on customer service, attention to detail and relationship building abilities were key to the restaurant’s prosperity, as well as providing the foundation for her success in real estate.
Michael Bellmore, Sales Representative
Michael, a life long Durham resident, took a more corporate professional route after University. After graduating with a Business Administration degree, he spent 18 years with such leading organizations as Coca-Cola and Rogers Cable in a sales and marketing management capacity. An entrepreneur at heart, Michael left the corporate environment to pursue his real estate career. His executive background along with his dynamic, high-energy approach and passion for marketing, have helped fuel his success.
Jessica Stewart, Client Experience and Marketing Manager
Jessica is the latest member addition to our 3-member team as business continues to skyrocket. As a university graduate in economics and project management, she brings fresh eyes to our business practices and marketing platforms. She enforces the importance of social media marketing and technological advances in the fast moving online world we live in today. She brings energy and a millennial twist to the well-established team which is always adapting to the ever-changing industry.
Sue Sear, Administrative Assistant
Sue joined our Team in 2011 and brings 20 + years of administrative experience. She is a Seneca graduate in “Legal Services” with distinction, and has been involved in the real estate sector since 2000. Her talents and high level of attention to detail, facilitate seamless transactions and top quality marketing materials for our clients.
In her free time she loves reading and spending time with her husband and daughter visiting the waterfront trails and conservation areas in Durham.
